IT Support & AI Software Developer

About Me
Over the past four years in Australia, I’ve built experience across different sides of IT - and over time, those experiences have started connecting together. I’ve worked in technical operations and enterprise provisioning with TechMedia, provided hands-on onsite support through The Original PC Doctor and Geeks2U, and built my own IT business, PC Scientist, supporting homes and businesses while developing the systems behind the operation.
Along the way, I’ve worked across hardware, operating systems, networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity and deployments. Managing Brooklyn Motel also taught me how technology fits into a real business - from IT infrastructure and booking systems to day-to-day operations, customer experience and communication. I’ve also moved into software development, building my own CRM, booking platform, APIs, payments and automation for PC Scientist.
That variety has helped me connect the dots. I don’t look at technical problems in isolation - I think about how the hardware, operating system, network, infrastructure and software work together, then work towards the real cause. I’m still learning, and that’s something I genuinely enjoy about IT. I take ownership from diagnosis through to resolution, communicate clearly, and I’m comfortable figuring out unfamiliar problems along the way.
I’m continuing to grow towards technical support, systems, networking, infrastructure and cloud engineering. If you think my experience could be useful to your team, I’d be happy to have a conversation - and if there isn’t an opportunity right now, feel free to keep me in mind for the future.

What I Do
How I Work
I do not treat a problem as one isolated piece of technology. I look at the hardware, operating system, network, infrastructure and software together, how they affect each other, and where the real problem is coming from.
I keep things understandable for the person I am helping - whether that is a client onsite, a guest at the motel, or someone waiting on a system. The experience you give people matters as much as the technical work.
I am comfortable walking into an unfamiliar problem, figuring out what is actually happening, researching what I need, and seeing it through properly. I take ownership from the first diagnosis through to the final resolution.
Where I Deliver
Onsite and remote IT across Sydney, the Northern Beaches, Upper North Shore, Central Coast, Newcastle, Maitland, Wollongong, and Mittagong. The same NSW clients also get the systems, websites and operational work behind PC Scientist and Brooklyn Motel. Through TechMedia I provisioned digital-out-of-home infrastructure for retail and commercial environments including Westfield, Flight Centre, Woolworths, IGA, Dan Murphy's, and Metcash.
