About Me
I am an onsite field IT technician and software developer based in New South Wales. I support homes, small businesses, and enterprise rollouts - desktops and laptops, Windows and macOS, Wi-Fi and networking, Microsoft 365, printers, hardware diagnostics, data migration, and technical deployments. I also build and run the systems behind that work: CRM, booking, APIs, and client websites.
I work independently in the field: travel to the site, find the real cause, and explain the fix without jargon. I founded PC Scientist to deliver that same end-to-end support, and I have also worked nationwide through The Original PC Doctor, same-day callouts with Geeks2U, and enterprise provisioning at TechMedia.
I take ownership from first diagnosis through to resolution. The goal is a professional, calm customer experience - and a fix that does not come back.

What I Do
How I Work
Find the root cause with logs, controlled testing, and a clear trail. A patch that hides the fault is not a finish. I stay until the issue is actually resolved.
Clear language for clients and stakeholders. I explain what happened, what I changed, and what happens next - without talking down or using leftover jargon.
Same-day callouts when downtime matters, and the same ownership on a build. I take the job from first brief or first ticket through to a live, working result.
Where I Deliver
Onsite and remote IT across Sydney, the Northern Beaches, Upper North Shore, Central Coast, Newcastle, Maitland, Wollongong, and Mittagong. Web and business systems work is for those same NSW clients. Through TechMedia I also provisioned digital-out-of-home infrastructure for retail and commercial environments including Westfield, Flight Centre, Woolworths, IGA, Dan Murphy's, and Metcash.
